During an interview with U2, Rove breaks the news that Jay-Z will join the 360 Degrees tour.
Last night on the The 7PM Project, Rove interviewed Bono and the boys to plug their November and December visit to Australia. He was also able to announce that the godfather of modern hip-hop, Jay-Z, will be on hand during the shows.
The tour is set to be monumental. Not only will it host two of the biggest acts on the planet, but there's something telling about the dates and the ticket prices.
Ticket prices are unusually low for a band of U2's calibre, starting at $39.90, going to $99.90 for floor tickets, with other premium seats starting at $99.90.
This, coupled with the widely-spaced dates, means Australia could see further shows announced, making the 360 Degrees Tour a major cultural event like previous extended runs by Pink.
Tickets go on sale on Friday September 3.
