It’s a great week for Australian music on the ARIA charts, with Bliss N Eso as the cherry on top.
We tipped it, but it's still impressive to see Sydney hip hop duo (plus DJ Izm) knock Eminem off the top of the Australian charts.Running On Air is their third album, after 2008's top ten grower Flying Colours. It's the rappers, and their label Illusive's, first number one.
There's been more local goodness on the charts this week.
After a handful of EPs, songstress Washington's debut album I Believe You Liar came in at number three (following Eminem, of course).
Birds Of Tokyo drop from two to four slot with their third, self-titled studio album.
Kylie Minogue's at number seven, Angus & Julia Stone continue their amazing run at number ten, and the Temper Trap are the last Oz act in the top twenty at number 15.
