Soul star Alicia Keys has married long-time boyfriend, producer and rapper Swizz Beatz.
The multi-Grammy award-winning singer-songwriter and the superstar hip-hop producer have been an item since 2008.Keys is now pregnant, so they tied the knot in a small ceremony at a private home on an island in the Mediterranean.
Obviously Keys is the more famous of the couple, raking in awards and selling millions of albums, but Mr. Beatz is no slouch.
While he's not a household name (nor is his real name, Kasseem Dean), Swizz has been an amazingly durable presence in US hip-hop.
For almost 15 years, he's created songs for the biggest stars in urban music, including DMX, Beyonce, Lil Wayne, Drake, Jay-Z, Busta Rhymes, Nas, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Mariah Carey, R. Kelly, Chris Brown, Mos Def, T.I., and, of course, his new wife.
This marriage is Swizz Beatz's second. He already has two children to his ex-wife, R&B singer Mashonda Tifrere.
