Jared Leto of Thirty Seconds To Mars confirmed to Undercover today that they’ll be playing at Soundwave 2011.
"We're heading back to Australia for Soundwave," he said in an interview with Undercover today. "We're really thankful to our fans for coming out to these shows and we'll see you again then."So if you're not going to make it to one of the band's shows on their current Australian tour you only have to wait until February/March to see the band back here.
They will join The Blackout, Protest The Hero, The Ataris, Trash Talk, All That Remains, Less Than Jake, Veara, There For Tomorrow, Mad Caddies, A Skylit Drive, The Sword, Asking Alexandria and Bayside.
Soundwave Festival will return to Australia at:
FEBRUARY
26 - RNA Showgrounds, Brisbane
27 - Eastern Creek Raceway, Sydney (venue TBC)
MARCH
4 - Showgrounds, Melbourne
5 - Bonython Park, Adelaide
7 - Steel Blue Oval, Perth
