The album cover for the upcoming collaborative album between Elton John and Leon Russell has been revealed.
The shot, taken by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz, shows a casual, laid back and beardy Leon Russell contrasting an always well dressed Elton showing off his perfect piano posture with his right hand.The record, called 'The Union', is slated for release in October through Universal. The record features guest appearances by Brian Wilson, Booker T., Don Was and Neil Young, was produced by T-Bone Burnett and has had documentary footage shot by filmmaker and former music journo Cameron Crowe.
