Lil Band O Gold will return to Australia for the second time this year from September.
The Louisiana supergroup features the cream of the deep south's musicians including the grandfather of swamp pop, 74-year old Warren Storm.C.C. Adcock from the band with accordion champion Steve Riley.
In March 2009, Lil Band O Gold released the documentary 'Promised Land: A Swamp Pop Journey' and early this year 'The Promised Band' album featuring music through Dust Devil Music.
