Brisbane cityfest BigSound Live announces an enormous bill of Australia and New Zealand indie acts.
The monstrous indie rock, roots and beats festival will be headlined by grungy scamps Children Collide. But before that, almost 60 of Australia and New Zealand's most talked-about indie acts will blow minds in the Brisbane city centre. And there's apparently more to come!
Notable additions include rockers The Vasco Era, ramblers The Wilson Pickers, hip hop pastiche act The Melodics, indie fiddlers Bridezilla, hipster cause celebre Fire! Santa Rosa, Fire! and hot psych act Richard In Your Mind.
There's also one lonely UK act on the bill, in the form of strutting rock kids Melodramas.
BigSound Live takes place throughout the city at notable venues Ric's, The Troubadour, The Zoo, and new venue Clubhouse over two nights, September 8 and 9.
