'Karen' was urged to hit the stage repeatedly, and when she was finally dragged up to sing she naturally nailed two of Jewel's songs to the astonishment of the crowd.
She was revealed afterwards, but you should really watch the video yourself. It's an oddly heart-warming candid camera prank.
