Australian pop psych scamp Pikelet releases papercut video for new single ‘Weakest Link’.
'Weakest Link' is the lead track from Stem, the latest album by Pikelet, the dreamy pop project for Melbourne-based artist Evelyn Morris.Melbourne filmmaker Laura Cashman painstakingly handcrafted the stop-motion video out of paper cut-outs.
The lovely little clip comes at just the right time for Pikelet, who is performing a series of winter warmer gigs in late July.
She will perform solo, as a part of an improvised electronics Chapter Music night, and as support for Lichens, an experimental project for US musician Robert Lowe.
