To promote their comeback album, nu-metal pioneers Korn have filmed a concert in a crop circle.
With new drummer Ray Luzier, Korn are plugging III: Remember Who You Are by broadcasting a gig they played in a specially-commissioned crop circle in wheatfields near their hometown of Bakersfield. The designs – including a massive Korn logo – were made by professional crop circle creators Circlemakers, the group that was responsible for many mysterious UK examples.
Korn singer Jonathon Davis said that "We spent a lot of time fooling around in the wheatfields and cornfields surrounding Bako when we were kids, and it gets pretty spooky out there at night."
The concert was filmed from the ground and from the air at night, and will be streamed on their myspace page on July 12 and on Cable Channel HDNet.
