Platinum rapper T.I. releases his first album since being released from prison in March.
King Uncaged will be Atlanta hip hop star T.I.'s return to the international stage, following his sentence on federal guns charges. In March this year he was released from a year's incarceration (the final three months spent in an Atlanta halfway house) to resume his career.
His last three releases have topped the charts in the US and King Uncaged will hit the streets on September 28.
In the lead up to the album, he released the street single 'I'm Back' in March, 'Yeah Ya Know (Takers)' in May from the soundtrack to the film Takers in which he appeared, and the first official single 'Got Your Back' with Keri Hilson in June.
He's just made another song, 'Ya Hear Me', available on his official site Trapmuzik.com, dropping rhymes about prison and his parole officer.
Collaborators on King Uncaged are rumoured to include Eminem, Lady Gaga, Kid Rock, The-Dream and Trey Songz.
And for lyrical content? Let's just say he told Rolling Stone recently that he has cooled it on the gun talk.
