Lily Allen has decided to put her career on hold in order to become a mother.
The 25 year old singer has already announced that she doesn't plan to make an album for four or five years, telling Elle magazine that "Kids take up your whole life, particularly in the first two or three years. So it wouldn't be very responsible of me to commit to doing a world tour if I had a baby."Rumours have been heating up about Allen's planned pregnancy, but BANG Showbiz reported sightings of Allen and her partner Sam Cooper at Glastonbury last weekend avoiding booze and cigarettes, which has caused people to talk.
Unfortunately for fans of Lily Allen, this means it will be quite a while before we hear any new music or see her on the road again.
In 2008 Allen suffered a miscarriage after falling pregnant to then-boyfrined Ed Simmons of the Chemical Brothers.
Should we take bets on her next album showing her softer side?
