Bret Michaels has made it to New York and is at the studio for the live finale of The Celebrity Apprentice.
The Poison singer, who only 6 weeks ago suffered a brain hemorrhage and only a week ago suffered a mild stroke, has elected to go through with the show vowing that if he was going to go out, he was going to go out like a rock star.Michaels was re-admitted to hospital a week ago from what was called the signs of a warning stroke but was later confirmed as a mild stroke.
The singer is a finalist in the show, up against actress Holly Robinson-Peete (21 Jump Street, Hanging With Mr Cooper).
While Bret played fair in both a support and management role throughout the show, Holly was ruthless and worked on for herself.
It will be interesting to see who Donald Trump picks as his Celebrity Apprentice. Robinson-Peete has the attributes needed in business to make short-term gains. Michaels has the attributes for developing a long-term operation.
It could go either way.
All shall be revealed later today.
