The inner city’s coolest laneway festival is set to kick off this winter once again with Rose Tattoo and Jesse Hughes (of Eagles of Death Metal) to headline.
This year will have over twenty bands across three stages, with acts including Rose Tattoo, possibly the greatest band to come out of Melbourne in recent years, The Dacios, Matt Sonic and the High Times, Gun Street Girls, The Bowers, Money For Rope, Mammoth Mammoth, the ridiculous Barbarion, The Once Overs, The Fearless Vampire Killers, Redcoats, Fang, The Jacknives and The Demon Parade with “more surprises to come”.There are only 650 tickets available and you can grab them through Moshtix.
The event will take place in the aptly titled AC/DC Lane in Melbourne’s CBD and will last from midday to 9pm.
And remember, as co-owner of Cherry Bar James Young said, “At Cherry, we’re shit at business, but we know how to rock ‘n’ roll!”
