Melbourne duo Wrong Turn have been busy as of late, pushing their rockin’ second record ‘2’ all over the country since it came out in October, and now they’re already working on album number three.
The record will be at least started at Paul Maybury (formerly of Rocket Science)’s new and improved “A Secret Location Recorders” studio.Drummer Myles Gallagher told Undercover that “we’re very excited to be recording at Paul’s studio. We have lots of new material and we’re looking forward to getting back in the studio.”
Gallagher backs Ian Wettenhall in the raucous blues-rock band that have been setting venues alight in recent times.
If you can’t wait for their third record (which is as-yet-untitled and probably still quite a while off), you can still get your fix from ‘2’ and their debut ‘Nothing Grows From Scars’.
Their only scheduled gig at the moment is at The Retreat in the Melbourne suburb of Brunswick with the ever-awesome Midnight Woolf on the 17th of April.
