Former US President and multiple Grammy Award winner Bill Clinton has been rushed to hospital for what may be a heart attack.
The 63-year old former Head of State was taken to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan later this afternoon.ABC News is reporting that it is “likely for a stent procedure”. His condition is unknown at this stage.
President Clinton had quadruple heart bypass surgery in 2004.
Clinton has won two Grammy Awards. In 2004, he won the Grammy Award for Best Spoken Word Album for Children for narrating the Russian National Orchestra's album Wolf Tracks and Peter and the Wolf (along with Mikhail Gorbachev and Sophia Loren) and in 2005 the picked up another Grammy Award for Best Spoken Word Album for My Life.
