The Aussie BBQ will have a support run in Sydney and Melbourne before heading to SXSW this year.
The shows will take place at The Corner Hotel in Melbourne on February 23rd and at The Annandale in Sydney on March 2nd.Melbourne will be treated to sets by Oh Mercy, The Wagons, Crayon Fields, Boat People, Pets With Pets, Summer Cats and some more special guest be announced very soon.
Sydney is getting The Goldhearted, Goons Of Doom and Sherlock’s Daughter, City Riots.
The shows will be a fund raiser to support the Aussie BBQ at SXSW in March which is funded by the organizers Stage Mothers’ Glenn Dickie and Mary Mihelakos out of their own pockets.
The Sydney and Melbourne Aussie BBQ’s will feature the same format of the Austin event, that is, a free BBQ and giveaways from Elwood Jeans.
