Jimmy Barnes has had another Barnestorming session laying down tracks for his next album in Los Angeles.
The titles of the songs recorded for the album include ‘My Stupid Heart’, ‘Before The Devil Knows You’re Dead’, ‘I’ve Seen It All’, ‘Letter From My Dead Heart’, ‘Can’t Do It Again’, ‘One More Night’, ‘Larg’s Pier Hotel’, ‘Turn It Around’, ‘Taking Time’, ‘God Or Money’, ‘Love Can Break The Hardest Heart’, ‘Adam Was Just A Man’, ‘The Navigator’, ‘This Ain’t The Day That I Die’ and ‘Let It Go’.Jimmy co-wrote ‘The Navigator’ with Davey Lane (You Am I, Jimmy Barnes Band) and ‘Taking Time’ with his son Jackie. Jackie is also playing drums on ‘Adam Was Just A Man’.
Barnesy has been on a roll of late following up his number one album of 2009 ‘The Rhythm and the Blues’ and the recent reunion gig with Cold Chisel in Sydney.
Expect this album in the first half of the year.
